Getting Here

Flying In

Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ)

About an hour from Santa Fe, with far more flights, generally lower airfares, and more reliable schedules thanks to predictable weather. Rental cars and ride-share are available. A shuttle runs 5–6 times daily between ABQ and Santa Fe via nmshuttle.com ($63 one way).

Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF)

Located on the edge of town, with non-stop flights to Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and Phoenix. Rental cars and ride-share (Uber, Lyft) are available — reserve ahead.

7,100 ft

Santa Fe's elevation. Early September high-desert weather can swing from the mid-90s°F to snow — yes, it snowed at Robin's house three days after his birthday in 2020! More typically, expect mid-80s°F days with a brief, late-afternoon monsoon shower.
